Certified - Tubing System Training Program (TSTP)
The Swagelok® Tubing System Training Program is a globally standardized workshop designed to give your team thorough instruction on industry best practices for ensuring high-integrity tubing systems.
Each course is facilitated by a Swagelok-certified subject matter expert and provides theoretical and practical experience through a combination of explanation, demonstration, hands-on exercises, and validation.
There are three Tubing System Training Programs available, including:
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
These training programs are designed to provide knowledge and understanding of:
- How to install a ferrule tube fittings
- Safe installation practices when working with tubing systems
- Correct material selection and understand engineered combinations
- Fundamentals of Swagelok Tube Fitting and the FK Series medium pressure tube fitting, as well as Cone and Thread installations.
- Understand bending and routing tubing
- Tube Fitting installation inspection
- Thread identification and installation
- Safe operation of fluid systems and leak-free performance
REVIEW
All participants will be required to fill out an attendance and assessment form. This provides valuable feedback to our trainers who can then further tailor the course to meet the changing needs of your staff when re-training in the future.
