To meet these commitments Swagelok Eastern Australia and New Zealand has established a Quality Management System (QMS) that is structured to meet the requirements of both ISO 9001:2015 and the Swagelok Quality System (SQS-D).
The Quality Management team will develop review and set all strategies, objectives and targets relating to the QMS. This process will support the Company’s drive for continuous improvement through systematic processes and procedures. The Company’s commitment is such that we will go to extraordinary lengths to exceed customer satisfaction and support customers to the extent that we become a world class supplier and a benchmark for others.
